Apocalyptic Old West is a compilation of atmospheric soundscapes and original music, woven together to form the backbone of your gaming session. We are looking for funding to produce 120+ minutes of fresh, original and authentic soundtrack. Just load the playlist and let it run in the background – and dive into an apocalyptic world of dusty world of bullets, monsters, spurs and tombstones.
But most importantly: We want YOU to be part of the project! By pledging at the “Beast” or “Blood” level, you have the unique chance of including yourself in one of the tracks. Record your scream or monster sound at home and send us your audio file. We will tweak and edit your audio and include you in the final product.

I’m working with David on a few film projects at the moment, he also briefed me to compose a bespoke soundtrack for his most recent showreel. He wanted music that was exciting from a cinematic perspective, something that referenced Vangelis’ superb film-noir’esque Bladerunner soundtrack. We discussed a few ideas back and forth, particularly concerning what orchestration to use. David then suggested a saxophone, an instrument that is equally haunting and expressive, particularly suited to the brief. I commissioned a long time friend and colleague, Mani Toifl to record in my studio and this is the result. More info about David at his website, www.auner.net.
I discovered this newly published video from a few years back, from a concert we played on the main stage at the Vienna Donauinsel Festival, June 2011. At the time we were promoting James Cottriall’s debut album, ‘Sincerely Me’, a collection of easy going feel good pop songs. We still play occasionally with JC, but I am no longer his bandleader as he is promoting himself more now as a solo performer in the UK and USA.

Over the last few months I’ve been working in cooperation with Orange Moon Marketing, a branding and corporate design agency based in Vienna, Austria. I’ve been busy composing and editing music for a series of corporate and promotional films that Orange Moon have produced, watch this space for more details.
This video is for Orange Moon’s newly launched website, which can be found here.
Director Tim Glover (USA) commissioned me to score his recent short film, ‘Esrever’, a thriller in reverse (with a twist). The brief was to compose a soundtrack which was equal parts bleak and haunting, as the story featured the last hours of a suicidal depressive.
Due to budget contraints, no ‘real’ instrumentation was used on the recording, instead I produced the soundtrack using synths and plugin sample libraries to the best effect.
